The team was cute! and always ready to assist with a smile. Mark helped retrieve lost luggage. Phurpa prepared gluten-free desserts. Ruby and Hnin greeted with smiles. Chef Jana introduced special sausage. Chef Halima brought pistachios.
The hotel charged me for something another guest consumed! and which I paid by mistake. I expected to receive a refund. It's been ten days and I never got it.

The hotel rooms were very clean. The staff worked hard to. The pool area is beautiful and I used the gym facilitieswith new Technogym treadmills that sync with my Apple Watch seamlessly.
The pickup area can be busy due to the proximity of other hotels.

Zakariya at the reception provided amazing service, he was very helpful. I also received a deep tissue message from Panadta. It was relaxing. Mr Habibi was helpful with spa treatments and gym questions. He assisted with pool setup daily.
